My name is Dennis Young I am the principle driving instructor. As an Instructor, my aim is to help you get through your test as soon as possible and enjoyable as possible. However, we're going to go at your pace, because different people learn at different speeds.
I won't put pressure on you and you will be fully involved in the decision about when you take your test.
We specialise in nervous pupils, so don't worry about a thing. You will be taught on a 1 to 1 basis. There will be no other pupils in the car. Door to door service for your convenience.
Your lessons will be tailored and structured to suit your individual needs ensuring that you receive the best possible high standard quality tuition throughout your lesson in a relaxed but professional manner.
Driving is a skill for life, therefore my main objective when giving driving lessons is to give them knowledge and high standard driving skills to enable our pupil to drive safely and competency for their life time - not only for the test.
We strive to get the pupil through their test 1st time!
For many people it can be the hardest thing you have done, yet it looks so easy. We do refresher courses/motorway lessons. You can choose the length of your lessons from 1 hour to 4 hours, we are flexible.

We are currently using a peugeot 208, which is spacious and very comfortable (even for very short and tall drivers). A superb car to learn in, fitted with duel controls, electric windows, air conditioning etc. It even prompts you when to gear change! it has cruise control, which will be taught on your 6th lesson. It's so easy to use and can be used on the test. The car is changed every two years so it is always new.
I am married with 3 grown up daughters and have lived in Peterlee for over 24 years. You will be learning with myself, and approved and recommended by the D.V.S.A. I pride myself as being a friendly person, extremely patient (which you need in this job!) professional and very reliable.
My pass rate is extremely high and average 38 passes per year. A high percentage passing 1st time - most of my work comes from recommendations.
